Our Story

Thirty Years of Bagels, Reimagined

Since 1992, Skolniks has been feeding Union mornings — and in 2024, a fresh chapter began. Same Route 22 address, brand-new energy.

I have been coming here for years. Before it had the big sign outside and the interior renovations. They always had good sandwiches and great juices and smoothies. Strawberry coolata was good according to my daughter. I had the pink zinger, which was fantastic. I will be back again.
